    I don’t love it, and I don’t hate it-that much. I ordered this for my computer to use when I travel. It’s fairly strenuous (for me who hasn’t worked out that much in the last year), but then you can always do the movements at a lower intensity level. After doing my version of the routine, I definitely felt that I had done something. I did decide however, that I really prefer something like Zumba where there’s music and movement.
